LunaBet Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing the LunaBet platform, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is unclear or you disagree with any provision, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and LunaBet. They apply to all areas of the platform — the game lobby, live casino, sports betting section, fish games, bingo rooms and any promotional or bonus activity offered from time to time.

LunaBet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. To register and use LunaBet you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LunaBet is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18.
• You must be a real individual — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of LunaBet.

LunaBet may request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents, access to your account may be suspended or permanently closed. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified eligibility may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on LunaBet. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your account you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and LunaBet reserves the right to close any account opened on the basis of inaccurate information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your password with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.
• Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact LunaBet support immediately and change your password without delay.
• LunaBet will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

Account verification is a one-time process. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a CNIC or passport — to confirm your identity before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents are reviewed promptly and your verified status is permanent once approved. LunaBet uses industry-standard encryption to protect all personal data you submit during this process.

All transactions on LunaBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals, and LunaBet does not charge any platform fee on either end of a transaction. The PKR amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your wallet, and the PKR amount you request for withdrawal is the exact amount dispatched to your nominated payment method.

LunaBet currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant interbank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank transfers

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account cashier at the time of the request. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your LunaBet balance within 60 seconds of confirming the payment in your wallet app. Withdrawals to verified JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts are typically processed within 2–3 minutes. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawal times may vary based on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that belongs to the same account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. LunaBet may delay or reverse a withdrawal if verification requirements have not been met, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, or if a compliance review is in progress on the account.

Chargebacks, payment reversals or disputed transactions initiated without first contacting LunaBet support are considered a breach of these terms. LunaBet reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold balances pending investigation of any disputed payment.

LunaBet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and reload bonuses. Each individual promotion carries its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• The maximum bet allowed while a bonus wagering requirement is active is PKR 500 per round unless a different limit is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• LunaBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• If LunaBet identifies that a bonus has been claimed through abuse, collusion or manipulation of the promotion mechanics, all associated winnings may be voided and the account reviewed.

All games available on LunaBet — including slots, live casino tables, fish games, bingo rooms, crash games and sports betting — are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates under the rules set by its respective provider. Game outcomes for RNG (random number generator) titles are determined by certified random number generation systems and are not influenced by LunaBet or any external party.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The outcome of live games is determined by actual physical results — card deals, roulette ball landing positions and so on — and is not subject to any manipulation. In the unlikely event of a technical failure during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned to players' wallets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction that produces an erroneous outcome or pay-out, LunaBet reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's balance.
• Sports betting markets are governed by individual market rules, which are displayed within the betting section. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability.
• For PSL and cricket betting specifically, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC) are used to settle bets. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and abandoned matches are handled according to the specific rules displayed in each market.

LunaBet uses real-time monitoring to ensure the integrity of all gaming activity on the platform. Any behaviour that undermines fair play — including the use of automated betting tools, exploitation of software bugs or coordination with other players to manipulate game outcomes — is prohibited and will result in immediate account action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LunaBet. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, regardless of the personal details used.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors or unintended game behaviours to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using LunaBet to process funds for any illegal purpose.
• Colluding with other players in live games or on betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or otherwise replicate any part of the LunaBet platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour toward LunaBet staff or other platform users.

LunaBet is an entertainment platform. All games and betting activities on the platform carry an inherent house edge, which means the platform has a statistical advantage over players across all games in the long run. Gaming on LunaBet should be treated as a form of paid entertainment — like any other leisure activity — and not as a method of earning income or solving financial difficulties.

We encourage all players to approach gaming responsibly by setting a personal entertainment budget before starting each session and sticking to it, regardless of whether they are winning or losing. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered LunaBet players and can be configured directly in the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on deposits. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders — configure on-screen alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour or 2-hour intervals to track how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently lock your account if you need a break from gaming. Temporary locks cannot be reversed until the selected exclusion period has elapsed.

LunaBet collects personal information from players during the registration, verification and ongoing account use process. This data is used to operate and maintain your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, and improve the platform experience. • LunaBet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment processing data is handled by our payment partners in compliance with applicable financial security standards.
• Your account data, game history and transaction records are retained for a minimum period required for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
• You may request a copy of the personal data LunaBet holds on you by contacting our support team.

LunaBet provides the platform and all games on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, interruptions or delays. LunaBet is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, connectivity issues or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LunaBet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's LunaBet wallet at the time the relevant issue arose. LunaBet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity or emotional distress.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices, internet connections and operating environments meet the minimum requirements for accessing LunaBet. LunaBet is not responsible for any losses resulting from inadequate hardware, software or connectivity on the player's side.

You may close your LunaBet account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, provided all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances have been met. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

LunaBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements (including age verification).
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• Multiple account registration.
• Submission of false or misleading personal information.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward staff or other users.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, LunaBet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of a review. Where fraud is confirmed, the full account balance may be forfeited. LunaBet will communicate the outcome of any such review through the contact details registered on the account.

LunaBet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date clearly shown at the top of the document. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide notice through your registered account communication channel.

Your continued use of the LunaBet platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and LunaBet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
